A very nice steel Patronenkasten 41 ammo box (late-war, simplified variation) finished in an appealing two-tone tan/green spray camouflage finish.
The factory ordnance tan can still be seen underneath, particularly where there is rubbing to the top of the lid. The tin is maker coded 'ada' in the same area.
Both the closure mechanism and all of the handles still operate as they should.
This example comes straight from our personal collection and would make a very nice addition to any MG or camouflage equipment collection. A guaranteed original, as always!
