Tropical bread bag strap 'Wirtschaftsamt Litzmannstadt'

A so-called tropical model bread bag strap, marked for production by 'Wirtschaftsamt Litzmannstadt'. 
 
Numerous equipment items were produced within the Ghetto of Łódź, Poland (renamed by the Germans as “Litzmannstadt”), very often using recycled materials that were captured or even abandoned by retreating allied forces.  
 
This is the only example of this type of strap, by this particular maker, which we have seen to date!
