Another lovely, original camouflage gas mask canister - this time in a two-tone tan/green colour scheme typical of the mediterranean combat theatre!
This very appealing example retains the majority of the spray applied camouflage finish, with vibrant colours.
It also remains fitted with the original canvas short strap, with pebbled leather tab, that is nicely marked 'DLU 1943'. Internally, the canister is also dated 1943.
