Camouflage 6x30 Dienstglas 'ddx' binoculars

Straight from our own personal collection comes this wonderful, camouflage 6x30 Dienstglas binocular; maker coded 'ddx' for production Voigtländer & Sohn AG, Braunschweig. 
 
Originally factory finished in black, this particular pair have gone on to receive a field-applied two-tone tan & green spray camouflage overpaint, of which the majority remains intact despite clear use/wear thereafter. Some sort of unit/division symbol (or maybe even a parachute depending on which way it is viewed? FJR6??) was also applied to the left-hand prism plate. 
 
The optics still remain somewhat clear, whilst with some internal cloudiness/haze. The H/6400 Strichplatte rangefinding reticle also remains visible within the right-hand side. 
 
A unique and highly desirable camouflage painted field binocular that would certainly be a real highlight within any serious collection! Perfect for a mannequin with other camo related gear / uniform etc!
