Normandy camouflage MG34/42 ammo box

The pictures should do most of the talking on this one! This steel Patronenkasten 34 model box clearly started out life in the standard factory field grey - before this was later oversprayed in a typical 'Normandy' 3-tone camo scheme.
The box is dated '1941' and Waffenamt marked to the top of the lid. Both the closure mechanism and all of the handles still operate as they should, and these also retain all of the original leather tabs.
This one comes straight from our personal collection and is simply one of, if not the best, camo MG tins we have ever encountered! If you only want one piece of Normandy camo equipment in your collection, then this would certainly fit the bill!
