A good, clearly combat used example of early-war 6x30 Dienstglas field binoculars produced by Spindler & Hoyer under the 'fvs' maker code.
They are nicely insribed with the name and date to the underside plates 'Al Neumann, Mai 1945', as shown.
This pair also still retain the original leather neck strap and button tab (Knopflasche) accessories.
The optics also remain clear and very much usable - with the H/6400 Strichplatte rangefinding reticule also present!
