A very nice, original finish 32 round magazine for the MP38/40 submachine gun.
It is clearly marked with the maker code and date 'bte 42' and Waffenamt proof stamps. It also has the MP38/40 serial number and the marking as being '1' of however many were kept with that particular weapon.
A very interesting and scarcely seen feature!
