A very nice original 'Patronenkasten 36' model ammo box for the MG34. This type was designed to be used in conjunction with the Zwillingssockel twin MG34 anti-aircraft setup.
This example retains the vast majority of of the original early dark green/grey paint, over red oxide primer.
It is also nicely maker marked and dated 'F W Co. 1939', as shown.
