A very nice example of the early to mid-war steel Patronenkasten 34 model ammo can for the MG34/42.
This particular one retains 90%+ of the original grey-blue paint, with the typical red oxide primer layer visible in areas below.
The box is nicely dated '1941' and Waffenamt marked to the top of the lid.
