A very nice example of the Laufschützer 43 spare barrel case for both MG34 & MG42 barrels. The case is marked to one end with the maker and date code 'brc 43'.
This particular example is still fitted with the original canvas shoulder strap, with 'lux' marked hardware.
Both the interior and exterior retain the vast majority of the original wartime dark grey/green colour paint.
