MG34/42 Laufschützer 43 barrel case 'brc 43'

A great example of the Laufschützer 43 spare barrel case for both MG34 & MG42 barrels. The case is marked to one end with the maker and date code 'brc 43'. 
 
This particular example is still fitted with the original canvas shoulder strap, with 'lux' marked hardware.
 
Both the interior and exterior retain the vast majority of the original wartime applied field grey paint.
 
A great example for any MG collection or combat equipment display! Very hard to find now in this condition!
