A nice late-war example of the Kl. Waffenmeister Werkzeug (small armourer's tool kit) which was used, primarily, for maintaining and repairing the MG34 & MG42 machine guns whilst in service. This particular set comes complete with all of the original tools and accessories as shown, many of which are maker marked and coded.
The folding tool kit sleeve is maker coded and dated 'ave 44 H', and the specially designated 'Werkzeuge' carrying box (a repurposed late-war model MG34/42 Patronenkasten 41 ammo can) is nicely marker coded with the 'ada' marking to the top.
A highly desirable accessory for any MG34/42 display or equipment collection!
