A very nice, near mint original starter tab for the MG34/42 ammo belt.
This example is very nicely maker coded 'LW' with a date of 7.40 (July 1940) to the main pull tab. The small connector tab is also marked 'ddf 1.41', as shown.
It also comes with two original, matching 'P' maker coded and '1940' dated 7.92x57mm Patronen s.S. (ball ammo) inert rounds!
The primers are struck, cases drilled and ballbearings inserted to fully indicate that these rounds are completely inert and FFE.
