An extremely nice, near MINT condition early-war era Patronenkasten 34 ammo can for the MG34/42.
This example retains the vast majority of the original factory grey-green paint finish. Additionally, all of the leather handle covers remain intact, and the closure mechanism/hinges are still fully operational.
The box is clearly maker marked and dated 'brc 41', as well as being Waffenamt proof marked, to the lid, as shown.
It would prove very hard to upgrade in this condition!
