Matching Kriegsmarine Nordsee K98k bayonet 'S176/G'

A truly superb item! A pre-war Kriegsmarine issue K98k bayonet produced under the 'S176/G' code by P. Weyersberg, during 1935. 
 
The bayonet & scabbard have matching numbers, as well the Kriegsmarine property stamp in script font with the 'N' prefix, to denote issue to personnel within the Nordsee area of operations.
 
The original leather frog is still fitted and is very nicely maker marked and dated 1936. 
 
Kriegsmarine bayonets are seldom found in any state, but to find one in this condition is incredibly rare indeed!
