A very nice original early-war leather battery box as used with a variety of optical instruments, including the MG34/42 MGZ scopes, 10x80 Flakfernrohr and SF14 periscope etc.
The box still retains all of its internal fittings, full-length pull-chord and electircal connectors (with some suface oxidation), and is nicely maker coded 'SAG' and dated 1939.
