Late-war K98k LSR ZF39 sniper scope 'bek'

A very nice late-war period ZF39 4x scope in completely original, as found condition. 
 
Going off the serial number, plus the presence of the integral recoil ring, this particular example would have originally been fitted to a K98k fitted with a LSR (long side rail) mount. 
 
It was produced under the maker code 'bek', which identifies the manufacturer as Hensoldt-Werk fuer Optik und Mechanik, Herborn. 
 
The optics and reticle remain in a very clear and usable state, along with a fully functional 8-way elevation dial! 
 
A very rare original K98k sniper scope in used/issued condition that would make a great addition to any collection!
