A nice mid to later war period leather sling for the K98k rifle (as well as the Gewehr 43, Sturmgewehr 44 etc).
Still in good combat used condition with some of the ricasso cross-hatch pattern visible, the sling also comes complete with the original keeper tab which is faintly Waffenamt marked as shown.
The leather remains supple throughout and the sling could still be fitted to a rifle without any issue.
