A US Veteran bring-back set of the scarce 7x56 Dienstglas variant of the iconic roof prism binoculars which were produced by Hensoldt Wetzlar under the 'bmj' maker code.
Factory finished in black, this particular set retains the majority of the original black leatherette covering to the barrels. Some lifting and resin repair being visible to one side, as shown.
The neck strap is also matching maker and date marked 'bmj 1943'.
The optics are excellent and produce an super bright and sharp image! Making them perfect to use as well as display.
The black Presstoff case also rates in similarly nice condition and is maker coded 'bmj' along with the date of 1943.
Both sun glare filters are also still included!
