A very nice leather sling for the MG34, in good combat used condition, with the early narrower attachment buckle.
The buckle is also nicely marked with the 'WaA4' proof stamp - a marking which would denote production by Gustloff-Werke who made the MG34s themselves under the various 'BSW', '936' and 'dfb' manufacturer codes.
Please note that since this is the early variation, this example will NOT attach securely on to the later MG42!
It is getting increasingly hard to find such good condition, original wartime examples like this!
