Deactivated K98k 'dot 1943'

Somewhat of a real rarity within the UK! A K98k service rifle that has not been post-war refurbished in any way whatsoever - retaining the full original wartime finish throughout; laminate stock included, with no re-stamping or sanding etc at all. 
 
This particular example was manufactured by Waffenwerke-Brunn, under the 'dot' maker code, during 1943. An occupied factory that would also produce the MG34 in sizeable quantities, amongst other small arms, for the German war effort. 
 
This rifle even still retains mostly factory matching parts - including the receiver, barrel, full rear sight assembly, rear barrel band and front barrel band! 
 
A super example of this iconic rifle that was the mainstay of German forces during WWII. 
 
This item comes complete with its deactivation certificate.
