A fantastic British bringback set of 6x30 Dienstglas binoculars which come exactly as they were found within their original Bakelite storage case - complete with remains of the matching field-applied serial numbered case!
The binoculars themselves are maker marked for 'bek' for Hensoldt-Werk fuer Optik und Mechanik, Herborn.
They are also still fitted with the original neck strap and the optics still remain in usable condition!
The original storage case is a real bonus; still being present and marked as such, but also given that is of the rarer and more desirable speckled brown shade of Bakelite.
A super 6x30 set for display and/or continued use which have almost certainly been a set together since the war!
