6x30 Polizei Dienstglas 'Hensoldt Wetzlar' + ocular cover

A scarce original example of the 6x30 Polizei (Police) Dienstglas field binoculars. 
 
Issued to various branches of the Polizei forces, this variation of 6x30 was only produced by a few select makers - with this example being one of those produced by Hensoldt Wetzlar. 
 
They are factory-finished in black leatherette and they also come complete with the original black leather neck strap and ocular rain guard - nicely stamped with the correct Polizei Eagle 'L' marking. They are also double Waffenamt marked to the underside of the lower bridge, as shown. 
 
The optics still remain useable, with the Strichplatte rangefinding reticle still present within the right-hand side.
 
A lovely honest example of this scarcely seen variant of wartime 6x30 Dienstglas!
