A scarce original example of the 6x30 Polizei Dienstglas field binoculars.
Issued to various branches of the Polizei forces, this variation of 6x30 was only produced by a few select makers - with this example being one of those produced by Hensoldt Wetzlar.
They are factory-finished in black leatherette to the barrels, with this pair also being fitted with a non-standard brown leather neck strap of extended length.
The optics on this pair are outstanding - producing a wonderfully clear image and with the Strichplatte rangefinding reticle still present within the right-hand side.
A lovely 6x30 ideal for any collection of optics which might be missing this rarely seen variant or indeed for use etc!
