A stunning, near mint example of early-war 6x30 Dienstglas field binoculars, clearly maker coded 'E. Letiz Wetzlar'.
Typical of the quality of manufacturing during this period, this pair are constructed from brass and finished in black paint with brown leatherette coverings to each barrel.
The optics are excellent, with the H/6400 Strichplatte range reticle remaining within the right-hand side.
Suitable for either display or use, it would prove very difficult to upgrade upon this top example!
