A very nice example of early to mid-war 6x30 Dienstglas field binoculars, clearly maker coded 'dow' for Opticotechna GmbH, Werk Prerau / Protektorat.
They retain the vast majority of the original black painted finish, as well as the black leatherette coverings to each barrel. This example also still comes fitted with its original leather button tab (Knopflasche) which is matching maker marked 'dow' and dated 1941.
Unfortunately, the ocular lenses have been scratched at some point, as shown. However, the optics still remain somewhat usable and contain the H/6400 Strichplatte range reticle remaining within the right-hand side.
A very nice wartime set for any display!
