A nice late-war period example of the 6x30 Dienstglas field binoculars.
This particular pair are presented in completely as found condition and retain the vast majority of the original factory-applied tan paint to all parts - with one lower objective cover missing.
They are clearly maker coded 'ddx' for Voigtländer u. Sohn AG, Braunschweig and display a blue triangle to also signify suitability for use in colder climes.
The optics are mechanically functional but would require an internal clean/service if intended for use. The Strichplatte rangefinder reticule is still intact.
