10x80 Flakfernrohr binoculars 'dkl' + cradle + turntable set

A nice, completely 'as found' condition set of the iconic 10x80 Flakfernrohr binoculars. 
 
Finished in the original factory-applied field grey paint, this particular optic is clearly maker coded 'dkl' to indicate manufacture by Josef Schneider, Kreuznach. 
 
The view through the optics still remains usable, with the clear crosshair aiming reticule visible inside. Naturally, as ever, they could also benefit from an internal clean/overhaul if deemed necessary for more serious use purposes. 
 
They remain still fitted with their correct early brown leather headrest pad attachment, plus bracket and sunshades in bare original red oxide finish. 
 
Additionally, the binocular also still retains the the original matching grey paint finish cradle and turntable mounting parts! Both pieces being the early lighter weight aluminium variants. 
 
Owing to some damage and associated wear/tear from age, as shown, these parts will require some overhaul work if full function is to be desired - yet these are quite rarely seen in any state at all, yet alone original finish, regardless! 
 
A nice original wartime set to use within a display or indeed undergo some restoration and returned to full use!
