PLACING YOUR ORDER
1) Add your chosen item(s) to your basket and 'proceed to checkout'.
2) Enter your location details to obtain the shipping prices/options and select your desired postal service from the drop-down menu.
(Please contact us if you believe there are any discrepancies here as a result of the automated checkout calculation).
3) Proceed to the next stage of the checkout and enter all address details (incl. a contact telephone number). Once complete, click 'review and place your order'.
4) Your order details will be received by us and the availability of your chosen item(s) will be confirmed by return email as quickly as possible. Payment details/invoices will also be provided at this stage depending on your chosen method.
(Please note - the first automated email does NOT constitute acceptance of your order, and all orders will be processed in the order in which they are received on a 'first come first served' basis without any exceptions).
Payment for your specified item(s) plus the relevant shipping costs can be accepted by either of the following options:

IBAN international transfer
IMPORTANT: All orders and balances owed must be settled, or at least confirmed as undergoing processing, within 48 hours of receiving the manually submitted invoice from ourselves by email - unless otherwise arranged and agreed.
Any outstanding orders and balances which are not settled during this timeframe will be liable to be cancelled outright, with the items re-listed openly for purchase again, as well as restrictions also potentially being imposed on the buyer involved for any future orders.
