Named M42 SD Kriegsmarine helmet 'ckl 64'
Here is one where the photos will surely do most of the talking...
An exceptionally rare single decal Kriegsmarine M42 helmet in very nice, full original condition.
The shell is maker coded and size marked 'ckl 64' to indicate production by Eisenhüttenwerke, Thale, and retains 95%+ of the original factory-applied grey paint.
This helmet also remains fitted with its original leather liner and full-length chinstrap. The liner is named to a 'Josef Berousek' (a name of Czech origin) and certainly worthy of further research.
A truly excellent example of its type - and anyone who knows their helmets will know that this is one of the rarest variants of all of the German combat helmets produced during WWII! Don't miss it!
