A nice, named example of a Luftwaffe M40 ex-single decal helmet. This example comes complete with its original fitted leather liner and chinstrap.
The shell itself is maker coded and size stamped 'Q62' to indicate production by Quist.
Internally, the liner is named to a 'Rudi Jeller, 5 Zug' as shown. The chinstrap and liner remains in good supple condition - with the latter also retaining the original draw string.
