An excellent example of the Gewehr-Sprenggrenate HE rifle grenade as used in conjunction with the K98k GGG launcher device.
The inert HE round retains a very high percentage of the original yellow paint, as well as clear factory markings and a date of '1944'. It has a red Bakelite fuse head, maker coded 'jne'.
This item is completely empty and FFE.
