A very nice mid to late-war period factory non-decal M42 Heer helmet.
The shell is clearly maker and size marked 'hkp 64' to indicate production by Sächsische Emaillier und Stanzwerke A.G.
Wear to the dome area aside, the helmet retains the vast majority of the Heer dark grey/green paint - which has an appealing texture to it throughout and some typical production signs of factory overspray.
The helmet also comes complete with the original leather liner, which is named 'Wagner' and still in very good supple condition.
A very nice, completely honest and perfectly displayable example of a Heer M42 combat helmet!
