Early Zeiss 7x50 Kriegsmarine binoculars 'Flak Küste' + case

£0.00Price

A scarce and completely untouched 'as found' set of early-war Kriegsmarine binoculars, inscribed for issue to Coastal Artillery Flak troops - yet of a type that was also used aboard surface ships / U-boats etc.

They are very nicely inscribed with the Carl Zeiss Jena maker's logo, as well as retaining intact original KM property markings to both prism plates.

Interestingly, this particular pair were clearly fitted with the very early orange coloured rubber eyepieces. These are nearly always missing today due to chemical decomposition over time, yet the bases remain on this pair.

The optics still produce a good and usable image, with some haze, which focuses smoothly on both sides - and indeed even still retains the internal Artillery crosshair aiming reticule as well!

They come complete with the original and correct early variant of Zeiss & Kriegsmarine marked rubberised waterproof case - including two of the sun light filters inside also!
