A very nice set of three original card ammunition boxes which would have each held fifteen 7.92x57mm S.m.K L'spur (gelb) armour piercing rounds (yellow tracer), for use with the Mauser K98k, MG34/42 etc.
All boxes are still complete with the matching factory labels, dated 1940 and with the maker code 'P' - indicating production by Polte, Magdeburg Werke.
